To Whom It May Concern: <br />Dean Edwards and I have served for the past two years. on the Steering <br />Committee of the NC Task Force To Abolish Animal Fighting. <br />During this time Dean has been the Chairman of the Legislative <br />Committee. His twelve plus years of experience and knowledge in the <br />animal welfare field have been an asset to the Task Force.
