To Whom It May Concern: <br />I have known Dean Edwards since late 2001 when we began serving on the steering committee <br />for the North Carolina Task Force to Abolish Animal Fighting. In that capacity, Dean chairs the <br />Legislative Committee and his committee is very active in working to draft and generate support <br />for new laws that would benefit animals and help humane professionals throughout the state have <br />more efficiency and effectiveness in enforcing laws related to animals. <br />Dean is very likable and personable and seems to have a large network of resource people <br />throughout the Raleigh /Durham area to help the committee achieve their goals. In addition, he <br />approaches his chair responsibilities with enthusiasm, passion, and determination to see <br />results.
