25 EXHIBIT A "THE EASEMENT AREA" BEING ALL OF THAT CERTAIN AREA OF LAND DEPICTED AS THE CONSERVATION EASEMENT CONTAINING 14.67 ACRES, more or less as shown on a survey entitled "Conservation Easement for the State of North Cuolina, Clean Water Management Trust Fund attd Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill" dated August 22, 2003, prepared by The Jolm R. McAduns Company, Inc. and recorded on September 10, 2003 in Plat Book 93, Page Ol, Orange County Registry, Hillsborough, North Carolina. Together with the right of ingress, egress and regress over, upon and across the Property to and from the Easement Area. The Easement Area is accessed from Pickett Road which provides access to the Property, a portion of which is located in Durham County, identified as PIN 0801-03-10-4100, and being further described in Deed Book 002488, Page 000813 as shown by that certain survey recorded in Plat Book 000140, Page 000152, Durham County Registry, Durham, North Carolina and located in Orange Count, PIN 0800096887, further described in Deed Book 1852, Page 237 illustrated in Plat Book 82, Page 97, located in the Orange County Registry.
