19 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />The"PROPERTY" <br />BEING ALL OF THAT PARCEL OF LAND comprised of that certain tract containing <br />18.67 acres and being described as "New Lot Area in Orange County " on the plat recorded <br />in Plat Book 82, Page 97, Orange County Regishy (Orange County PIN 0800-09-6887), <br />and that certain tract containing 18.00 acres and being described as "New Lot Area <br />(Durham County)" on the plat recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 152, Durham County <br />Registry and Plat Book 80, Page 18, Orange County Registry (Durham County PIN 0801- <br />03-10-4100), which parcel, having a combined acreage of 36.67 acres, is further referred <br />to for the purposes of this Conservation Easement as the "Property'.
