"Class A" should be amended to <br />read "Class B" since this is the type of permit issued by the Board of Adjustment. <br />Review of Permitted Uses and Approval Processes <br />A proposed amendment to Article 6.29.3 of the Zoning Ordinance in the Buckhorn <br />EDD was presented at the November 25, 2002 quarterly public hearing. The EDD is <br />comprised of 845 acres; all classified as Primary Development Area. The amendment <br />(which was not adopted) was examining approximately 530 acres south of 1 -85. <br />The Permitted Use Table in the Economic Development Districts Design Manual <br />contains an extensive list of "Primary" land uses, which depending on their intensity, <br />are permitted by: <br />• County staff following review and approval; <br />
