Geoffrey Gledhill made reference to the definition of usable lots and said that it appears <br />that conservation easements are excluded. One of the uses far conservation easements is to reduce <br />density. If conservation easements are excluded altogether from usable lots, it will prohibit the use of <br />conservation easements to reduce density. He recommends striking "conservation easements" from <br />the definition of "usable lot". <br />The issue regarding septic system repair areas in Section 8, number two will be clarified <br />and brought back to the Board. <br />It was decided that this item would be revised in accordance with the comments made <br />above and brought back far Board approval an a subsequent agenda. <br />e.
