An Ordinance Amending the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map <br />c7.y;~2oo~~J1~ <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Orange Counfy that fhe Joint Planning ~o ~l_p; <br />Area Land Use Plan and Map is here by amended consistent with proposed land use ~K <br />designations depicted on fhe attached map dated Ocfober 1, 2003, and Titled, "Joint <br />Planning Transition Area, Chapel Hill Northwest Area,"as foflows: <br />Section 1. The designation of the Greene Tract is changed from "Landfill Pending <br />Further Study" to "Housing/Recreation/Open Space/County Use." <br />Section 2. The designation of land south of Eubanks Road is changed from "Open <br />Space" to "Low Residential." <br />Section 3. The designation of land north. of Eubanks Road between the existing <br />landfill and Hillhouse Road is changed from "Mixed Use, Office Emphasis" <br />to "Open Space." <br />Section 4. The designation of parcels-between Hillhouse Road and Interstate 40 is <br />changed from "Mixed Use, Office Emphasis" to "Rural Residential." <br />Section 5: The designation of the parcel northwest of the Greene Tract and <br />southeast of the existing landfill (parcel known as the "Neville Tract") is <br />changed from "Open Space" to "Non-landfill County Use." <br />Section 6. That this ordinance be placed in the file of published ordinances. <br />Section 7. This ordinance is effective upon adoption. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Orange County <br />Commissioners that this ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Amending the Joint Planning <br />Area Land Use Plan and Map" be adopted. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner ~~G~C.G~,. ,seconded by <br />Commissioner ,the foregoing ordinance was adopted this ,~ day <br />of , 2003. <br />I, Donna S.
