A service station is not a repair garage nor a body shop. Uses permissible at a <br />service station do not include major mechanical and body work, straightening of body <br />parts, painting, welding, storage of automobiles or trucks not in operating condition or <br />other operations involving noise, glare, smoke, fumes or other characteristics to an <br />extent greater than normally found in service stations. <br />Amended <br />10/2/89 Multiple Use - The combination on one lot of two or more principal uses, excluding <br />outdoor advertising signs. Membership is comprised primarily of fully <br />accredited schools of health, education, social, legal, environmental and /or <br />engineering sciences in institutions of higher learning (universities, colleges and <br />technical institutes).
