Ms. Gwen Harvey <br />August 29, 2003 <br />Page 2 <br />resolving the matter through an agreement acceptable to both parties, the County staff and Cable <br />Advisory Committee are seeking to somehow unilaterally impose an agreement on the company. <br />Time Warner respects the County's right to advocate its position in the informal <br />negotiation process. Nonetheless, Time Warner hereby respectfully notifies the County that it <br />will not accept the agreement that has been forwarded to the Board for review. <br />Should you wish to discuss the matter further, we will, of course, be happy to do so. <br />Regrettably, neither Brad Phillips nor I will be able to attend, on such short notice, the Board <br />meeting scheduled for the day after Labor Day.
