U. "Institutional Network or I -Net" shall mean capacity on the System used for the <br />provision of services to the Grantor pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in <br />Section 14. <br />V. "Other Communications Services" shall mean any lawful service other than Cable <br />Service that Cable Operator makes available for purchase. <br />W. "Person" shall mean an individual, partnership, limited partnership association, <br />limited liability company, joint stock company, trust, corporation, or governmental <br />entity; <br />X. "Public Buildings" shall mean public K -12 schools, and buildings owned or leased <br />by the County for governmental use. <br />Y. "Public, Education, or Government Access Facilities" shall mean: <br />Channel capacity designated for PEG Access use; and <br />2. Facilities and equipment used for PEG Access. <br />Z. "Public Rights -of -Way and Rights -of -Way" shall include the surface, the air space <br />above the surface, and the area below the surface of any public street, avenue, <br />highway, lane, path, alley, sidewalk, boulevard, drive, bridge, tunnel, park, parkway, <br />square, viaduct, waterway, greenway, utility easement, and other public property now <br />or hereafter held by the state which shall entitle the Grantee to the use thereof for the <br />purpose of installing and maintaining the Grantee's Cable System. <br />AA. "Reasonable Notice" shall mean fourteen (14) calendar days for all non - financial <br />related matters and thirty (30) calendar days for financial matters, unless otherwise <br />specifically defined herein. <br />BB. "Residential Subscriber" shall ,mean a Subscriber who lawfully receives Cable <br />Service in an individual dwelling unit or multiple unit dwelling, where the service is <br />not to be used in connection with a business, trade or profession. <br />CC. "Subscriber" shall mean any person or entity lawfully receiving Cable Service from <br />the Grantee pursuant to this Franchise. <br />DD. "Service Tier" shall mean a category of Cable Service or Other Communications <br />Services provided by a Cable Operator and for which a separate rate is charged by the <br />Cable Operator; <br />EE. "Year" shall mean a calendar year. <br />8/22/2003 <br />
