Install a new 36" exterior metal door unit on the side porch. <br />Raise the opening to accommodate the 6' 8" door unit. <br />Install casing on the interior. Install an in-swing door unit. <br />Install a keyed lockset & deadbolt, weatherstripping and threshold. <br />Prime and paint the door, jamb and trim. Paint all new wood <br />with semigloss latex paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />MISCELLANEOUS: <br />1. Scrape and paint the metal handrail on the side porch. Paint the <br />railing with black metal paint. The paint shall cover completely. <br />2. Remove both oil tanks and two (2) loads of homeowner trash. <br />3. Remove the exterior storage building to the ground. <br />Haul the debris to the landfill. <br />4. Install a header for the floor joist under the bathroom. Install a <br />double 2x10 with joist hangers to support the cut floor joist. <br />5. Install railings on the front porch & on both sides of the front steps. <br />The railing shall be 36" tall and have 2x2 pickets placed 4" apart. <br />Insta114 x 4 posts for handrail attachment. Insta112x4's for the <br />top and bottom rail. All wood shall be pressure treated lumber. <br />All nail and bolts shall be hot dipped galvanized. <br />6. Install a new aluminum over wood core storm door with pneumatic <br />closure and vinyl sweep. Door to have aself-storing glass and screen, <br />push button lock and key and a lifetime warranty. <br />7. Add two automatic foundation vents to the front of the unit. <br />Replace the existing vents with automatic vents. <br />
