11 <br />• Failure to submit reports as required may result in confiscation of remaining grant funds. <br />• Programmatic Reports should include a description of-your Council's activities and <br />accomplishments, and outcomes that have taken place toward meeting the goals and <br />objectives of the grant proposal. Volunteer recruitment and service activities should also <br />be included in the Report.
