Habitat Maintenance <br />1. Habitats identified in the biological <br />inventory and habitats created through <br />mitigation shall be maintained in <br />accordance with the Resources <br />Management Plan and /or a <br />conservation easement agreement; and <br />2. Maintenance of habitats shall be <br />minimal, consisting primarily of <br />maintaining buffers and <br />enhancements, removal of exotic (non- <br />native) plant species, and keeping <br />drainage ways functioning properly. <br />K. Crime Prevention through Environmental <br />Design (Reserved) <br />L. Public Road Access <br />Access to the subdivision and access to <br />lots within the subdivision to existing <br />public roads shall conform to and be in <br />compliance with any public road access <br />management plan adopted by Orange <br />County. <br />M. Maintenance of Improvements <br />All site improvements such as roads, <br />utilities (including irrigation and drainage <br />structures), habitat enhancements, <br />recreational amenities, signage, <br />landscaping, etc. will be maintained in <br />function and appearance. Maintenance <br />specifications, if any, for on -going site <br />management shall be submitted as part of <br />the Resources Management Plan. <br />
