Permanent landscaping, groundcover, <br />mulch, etc. will be installed as soon as <br />practical after construction activities <br />for each phase are completed. <br />H. Solid Waste Management <br />The Solid Waste Management Plan <br />submitted as part of the Resources <br />Management Plan shall include the <br />method(s) of disposal and recycling of <br />construction debris. <br />1. Irrigation <br />1. Irrigation systems for the subdivision <br />and the lots in the subdivision are <br />designed and can be operated <br />according to a water conservation plan <br />described in the Resources <br />Management Plan submitted with the <br />application; <br />2. The Resources Management Plan shall <br />identify the source(s) of water to be <br />used for irrigation, the volume <br />available for that purpose, and <br />expected consumption rates. The <br />system design and plan for operation <br />will be evaluated based on efficiency; <br />and <br />3.
