7 <br />b. Achieve a smooth transition between areas of development within each <br />jurisdiction <br />c. Provide appropriate entryway into each Jurisdiction from the other: and <br />d. Encourage orderly development an d .the efficient delivery of urban services which <br />will maintain and enhance property values in each Jurisdiction <br />(4) The list of issues to be discussed by this Work Group shall include but not be limited to <br />the list that appeazs as Attachment 1 to this resolution, as reviewed and revised from <br />time to time by the governin bodies. <br />(5) The administrative staffs of the jurisdictions <br />a. shall report to their respective Boards, on a timely basis, information concerning <br />develpoments in their areas of mutual interest, as defined in (b) below. as well as <br />information concerning other activities of the work group: <br />b. shall- mutually exchange and review zoning requests, special use permits, <br />subdivisions, site plans or annexations requested for land fronting on any of the corridors <br />and within areas of mutual interest. <br />(6) The administrative staffs of each jurisdiction shall pursue cooperative efforts to <br />coordinate plans for improvements to the public rights-of--way in the comdors or areas of <br />mutual interest.
