0 <br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br />1121118 North Churton Street. <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Ghapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital .project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for the purchase of the buildings located at <br />112 and 118 North Churton Street, which the County had been previously leasing. <br />Proceeds are from alternative financing/private placement to fund this project. <br />Section 2.The offrcers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2001-02 <br />FY 2002-03 Through FY <br />2002-03 <br />Sales Tax $0 $0 $0 <br />Bond Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Private Placement $0 $485,000 $485,000 <br />Grant Funds $0 $0 $0 <br />Fees $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $0 $0 <br />Total Fundin $0 $485,000 $485,000 <br />Section 4.The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through FY <br />2001-02 <br />FY 2002-03 Through FY <br />2002-03 <br />Larb3/&rilding $0' $42b,811 $426,811 <br />Deli $0 $0 $0 <br />Constrtx~ion $0 $0 $0 <br />Other $0 $58,189 $58,189 <br />Total Costs $0 $485,000 $4$5,000 <br />Section 5.
