Landscaping shall be in accordance with an approved landscaping plan. Any <br />areas left in a natural state shall remain undisturbed except as provided <br />below. <br />Within the buffer areas, necessary ingress, egress and utility service may be <br />allowed, but no other disturbance for site improvements shall be permitted. <br />Selective clearing of vegetation may be allowed only to remove diseased <br />trees or trees weakened by age, storm, fire or other injury. <br />*6.26.6 Yard Requirements <br />"Amended <br />4/2/90 Building setback and required yard areas for the district are as follows: <br />(a) The front yard requirement shall be one hundred (100) feet from the <br />edge of the right -of -way of an interstate highway or fifty (50) feet from <br />the edge of an intersecting road at an interstate interchange. <br />(b) The rear yard requirement shall be fifty (50) feet from the edge of the <br />rear property line or one hundred (100) feet from the edge of the right - <br />of -way of an interstate highway when a rear yard is adjacent to the <br />interstate. <br />(c) The side yard requirement shall be fifty (50) feet from the side property <br />line or one hundred (1.00) feet from the edge of the right -of -way of an <br />interstate highway where the side property line is adjacent to the <br />interstate. <br />*6.26.7 Off - Street Parking <br />*Amended <br />4/2/90 Development shall conform with off - street parking requirements as specified <br />in Article 10, Off- Street Parking and Loading, of this Ordinance. <br />*6.26.8 Sign Regulations <br />*Amended <br />6/4/84 <br />4/2/90 Development shall conform with the signage requirements specified in Article <br />9, Signs, of this ordinance. <br />*6.27 Large Day Care Homes <br />*Amended <br />8/5/91 <br />6.27.1 Site Plan Requirements <br />In addition to the information required by Article 14.2, the following shall be <br />submitted as part of an application for site plan approval: <br />a) Evidence that the minimum requirements to qualify for a State of North <br />Carolina large day care home license have been satisfied. <br />b) A f loor p Ian o f t he p roposed I arge d ay c are h ome, s howing t he use <br />and dimensions of each room and the location of entrances and exits. <br />6 -49 <br />
