The Board was to go into closed session "Ta discuss the County's position and to instruct the <br />County Manager and County Attorney an the negotiating position regarding the terms of a contract <br />to purchase real property," NCGS § 143-318.11(a)(5). <br />Chair Carey suggested that the staff (Pam Jones andlor John Link) contact each Board <br />member to determine their sentiment on this issue. <br />14.
