Secondary contact and fleet manager <br />Alan Brooks 919-842-0010 alan@brookscontractor.com . <br />General Manager, 13 years experience in compost facility management and fleet management <br />Responsible for truck modifications and overall maintenance of fleet <br />17 yearemployee and officer of Brooks Contractor <br />Both contacts shall be available as a 24/7 contact for any emergency issues that should arise. Both <br />contacts will be allotted- a minimum of 12 hours per week to devote to daily operations management of <br />food residuals collection within the county. In addition, Amy Brooks will be allotted a minimum of 40 <br />hours, with more time~avaiiable if needed, to work with the county on additional signaga provided to <br />waste generators in an effort to increase education and outreach and reduce contamination arid other <br />issues associated with the program. Alan Brooks will be available for any modification3 or repairs to <br />equipment should-regulations orthe-customer's best wishes require changes in service or fleet <br />management. <br />4. Subconsultants and Subcontractors <br />All work performed will be provided solely~by Brooks Contractor and Brooks Compost Facility. <br />,. <br />5. Current and Past Experience . <br />Brooks Contractor provides food waste collection to nearly 100 locations, following the same protocol <br />and scope of work as included in section two of this proposal. The program is still expanding to meet the <br />needs of addixional clients, and-is expected to add at least 10 locationst-o the service-route ttirougho-ut <br />2011.
