The envelope shall be clearly marked on the <br />outside as follows: "Sealed Proposal for Food and organic Waste RFP #367-5175°. <br />The County reserves the right to reject consideration of proposals received after the above specified time <br />and date. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. <br />E. Proposal Evaluations and Selection <br />Proposals will be evaluated and selected according to the Selection Process (see Section IV, Subsection <br />J). The selected firm and -the County will negotiate a contract. It is intended that the function of the <br />contract negotiations is to reach agreemen# on a contract based on the scope of services contained in <br />this RFP' and on the information contained in the proposal submitted by selected Proposer. It is <br />anticipated that agreement on Contract terms will be reached by June 2, 2011, so that services may be <br />provided in early July, 2011.
