Both of these proposals are within <br />Hillsborough's ETJ and have requested annexation. Planning staff's comments address a variety <br />of planning issues and the attached reports highlight those comments. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact at this time. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the report, offer <br />comment for inclusion into a transmittal to the Town of Hillsborough, or forward a letter to the <br />Mayor to request a joint meeting. <br />
