RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Facility. <br />1. (b) <br />The roof replacement is included in <br />the CIP. <br />2. Reallocate the existing program space as identified in the proposed <br />expansions, pursuant to Attachment V. <br />3. Finalize arrangements with Durham Technical Community College to develop <br />computer lab, classroom space and appropriate course offerings beginning in <br />Fall 2001. <br />4. Develop a NHSC Management Team. The management team, similar to that <br />at the Skills Development Center, will be composed of agency heads <br />occupying the building (Recreation & Parks, Head Start, Family Resource <br />Center, JOCCA, Cedar Grove Day Care, DTCC, El Centro Latino, and <br />Orange County Public Library). The management team will oversee the day - <br />to -day operations and will meet as often as necessary, but not less than <br />weekly to discuss coordination and Center activities. <br />The team leader will be designated by the County Manager from his office. <br />The team leader is responsible for convening regular meetings of the <br />management team, oversight of the physical facility and coordination with <br />other county departments for services. <br />
