A site manager is located at each <br />site and is responsible for the daily operation of <br />nutrition programs and meals. There are also <br />three coordinators of services responsible for the <br />coordination, outreach, referral and provision of <br />services to low-income families and individuals. <br />These services include, but are not limited to <br />weatherization, housing rehabilitation assistance, <br />financial emergency assistance, Older Workers <br />Pro ram, and information and referral. <br />DSS <br />In-Home Aid Services $ 33,928 $ 34,599 <br />Home and Community Block Grant enables low- <br />income, minority individuals to defer or prevent <br />institutionalization by providing quality services to <br />meet basic needs.
