This commission is a planning and evaluative body that is responsible for making recommendations to the Board of Commissioners concerning human service programs. It develops, reviews and evaluates programs, and offers counsel to human service agencies. It reviews the annual funding applications of non -profit groups to the County. In addition, each September, the HSAC plans and coordinates an annual Forum on a human service issue that is facing the community. MS.
