2 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The Community Transportation Improvement Plan requires a local <br />match of 10% of NCDOT funds. The focal match of $2,500 is included in the Orange Public <br />Transportation 2003/2003 budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the Community <br />Transportation Improvement Plan update, the Scope of Work, and the appointment of the <br />Review and Selection Team, and that the Review and Selection Team will submit <br />recommended consulting firms to the BOCC on June 26th fior approval. <br />
