Town staff reviewed applications received for Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) in much the same manner. After both spending plans were developed and the <br />draft Annual Update was completed, citizens were allowed to review the document and <br />provide comments to local staff during the official public comment period of April 11, <br />2003 to May 12, 2003. <br />Each jurisdiction approved the Update prior to submission to HUD. <br />
