Install the following cabinets: a 60 inch sink base, two 18x30 wall cabinets, <br />one 30x16 wall cabinets, two 48x30 wall cabinets, one 32x24 wall cabinet. <br />Install a 61-inch, rolled back, formica counter top. <br />.i <br />6. Install '/ inch laua~n plywood. Prepare the floor for vinyl. <br />7. Install vinyl floor covering, shoe mold and metal trim. Vinyl to cost not less <br />than $14/yd. <br />8. Install matching baseboard. <br />9. Install a wood cased opening into the dining room. Stain the wood to <br />match the existing trim. Install two coats of satin gloss polyurethane. <br />10. Prepare all surfaces for paint. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex <br />paint. Paint the walls and trim with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover <br />completely. <br />
