SYSTEM DESCRIPTION <br /> MOBILETRAK <br /> MobileTrak: <br /> CFS MANAGER MENU BAR <br /> File Edit Update Reports Help <br /> FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The menu bar displays the available menus: File,Edit,Update,Reports,and Help. The following <br /> is a summary of the main menu bar on the CFS Manager window.Menu commands are explained <br /> in more detail throughout the System Description as they apply to a particular function. <br /> The menu bar and tabs(see page 1-12)display underlined letters for shortcut keys.A shortcut key <br /> is a way to use the keyboard rather than the mouse to execute a command. <br /> To use a menu shortcut key,press the ALT key and the underlined letter key at the same time. For <br /> example, choose ALT+F and the File menu opens. Then, once you've opened the drop-down <br /> menu,type the underlined letter of the menu option to indicate your choice from the menu(no <br /> ALT necessary). Once you've made your selection,the appropriate command executes. <br /> To use a tab shortcut key,press the ALT key and the letter key at the same time. For example, <br /> choose ALT+c and the focus automatically moves to the Comments tab. <br /> To use queue shortcut keys,press the ALT key and the number key at the same time. The follow- <br /> ing queues support the Alt-#mnemonic shortcuts: CFS List,CFS Fields,CFS Child record queue, <br /> Attached Unit.The supported queue are assigned a number from ALT+1 to ALT+9. The queue that <br /> gains the focus, if visible, flashes a brighter background color for 20ms. <br /> MENU OPTIONS <br /> File Menu bar option. <br /> Night Mode Menu option. Toggles between Day and Night mode. (See page 1-9.) <br /> Exit Menu option. Closes the CFS Manager window. <br /> Edit Menu bar option. <br /> Find Menu option.
