SYSTEM DESCRIPTION <br /> MOBILETRAK <br /> MobileTrak: <br /> CFS PREVIOUS HISTORY TAB <br /> Ram <br /> w <br /> CFSNifrbor Ina a±3as Address Rp N9 Tlmeroat4:Ra4# <br /> fi <br /> FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The Previous History tab has no associated menu and displays information associated with previ- <br /> ously archived CFSs for the incident address. <br /> CFS Previous History records contain information that is associated with archived Calls for Ser- <br /> vice in the system.When a CFS is routed,the system initiates a Previous History archive search. <br /> If the address entered in the Incident Address field on the CFS Fields tab matches an archived <br /> incident address,the archived CFS information displays in the Previous History queue as a <br /> resource line.Each resource line displays the CFS Number associated with the archived CFS,the <br /> incident code,the address of the incident,the apartment number(if any),and the date and time the <br /> previous CFS was received. <br /> The Previous History queue allows you to make preliminary assessments of the current CFS and <br /> to see if there are any dangers or alerts the responding officers could be facing,such as if previous <br /> CFSs at the incident address included a Drunk and Disorderly with a hostile perpetrator. It is also <br /> useful in situations where previous CFS information includes medical complications,for exam- <br /> ple,an individual with a heart condition. <br /> Your Previous History queue can be configured such that either it includes only the last ten Calls <br /> for Service records,or it includes records for the last six months. <br /> When you select a CFS in the Previous History queue and double-click,the record appears as a <br /> record tab in the CFS Fields tab,All fields on the Previous History CFS are view-only and <br /> unavailable for edits.You may have up to four child record tabs open at one time,when the fifth <br /> child record tab is opened,the first record tab closes. <br /> All CFS Child record queues can be pre-configured to sort on a display field. Column widths can <br /> be increased or decreased by dragging the borders between the column headers. Column width <br /> returns to default when you close the MobileTrak program. Clicking on a column header once <br /> sorts the list items by that label. Clicking on a column header twice reverses the sort order. <br /> 1-36 02/02/11 <br />
