When you first <br /> open a call for service for viewing,the fields are filled and the status is assigned. <br /> Every call to the dispatch center that requires an agency response has a CFS Number.The CFS <br /> Number is made up of the date and the order in which the tali was received on that day. - <br /> The shortcut menu for the CFS Fields tab allows you to view a comment,person,vehicle,or <br /> DRNo. for the current CFS. <br /> FIELDS <br /> Field display sizes are configurable and vary from site to site.Alphanumeric fields can contain <br /> letters,numbers,and special symbols found on the keyboard.Alphabetic fields can only contain <br /> letters;numeric fields can only contain numbers.The fields that display on the CFS Fields tab are <br /> configurable. <br /> CFS Number Alphanumeric field. Maximum field size= 15.
