Only active Calls for Service that are con- <br /> figured to be shown, (ie.from preconfgured resource goups)appear in the CFS Queue as a sepa- <br /> rate line.Users do not have the ability to select the resource groups that appear.The CFS <br /> Information columns that appear on the CFS Queue are configurable. <br /> The system displays CFS records in the queue in columns of data. Depending on what your site <br /> selects,LogiSYS can configure what columns are displayed on the CFS Queue.You can adjust the <br /> width of the columns by dragging the borders between column headers. Column width returns to <br /> default when you close the MobileTrak program. Default sorting is specified by setting the sort <br /> order to a valid,visible CFS column.Any subusequent change to the sort order,via clicking on a <br /> header label,overrides the default sort order.Clicking on a column header once sorts the list items <br /> by that label. Clicking on a column header twice reverses the sort order. <br /> LogiSYS can configure your system to sort CFS numbers sequentially.Default sort order would be <br /> (for example): -1,-10,-2,-20. Using the sequential record number option,the order becomes-1,- <br /> 2,-10, and-20. Sequence order can be set to either ascending or descending order. <br /> On the Main View tab,double-clicking on a CFS record opens a CFS Report.
