LSW -Msa <br /> FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The Persons tab displays information associated with people involved in an incident. <br /> The system displays Person records in the queue in columns corresponding to data from the New <br /> Person entry window. You can adjust the width of the columns by dragging the borders between <br /> column headers. Column width returns to default when you close the MobileTrak program. Click- <br /> ing on a column header once sorts the list items by that label. Clicking on a column header twice <br /> reverses the sort order. <br /> Viewing a Person Record.To view an existing person record, select the record in the person tab <br /> queue, and(1) double-click or(2)right-click and choose View Person from the shortcut menu. <br /> The person record appears as a record tab in the CFS Field tab section. The tab opens displaying <br /> the selected person information.
