'T!!Ct! -';s <br /> _ _ F <br /> _3 <br /> 1 <br /> FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION <br /> There are nine possible CFS Child Record tabs: Comments,Persons,Vehicles, DRNo.,Alerts, <br /> Previous History, SOP/Preplan,Boundary and Cross Reference. <br /> Only four(4) CFS Child Record tabs are allowed to be opened in the,CFS Fields tab section at a <br /> time. When you open a fifth tab,the system automatically closes the first tab. <br /> To view a CFS Child record,choose the appropriate tab and right-click in the CFS child tab queue <br /> section to open the shortcut menu. <br /> TABS <br /> Comments The Continents tab contains columns that displays comments (including time <br /> and dispatcher/calltaker)relating to the incident. (See page 1-27.) <br /> Persons The Persons tab displays information associated with people involved in an <br /> incident. (See page 1-29.) <br /> Vehicles The Vehicles tab displays information associated with vehicles involved in an <br /> incident. (See page 1-31.) <br /> DRNo The DRNo tab displays all reference numbers associated with the CFS. They <br /> can be configured to display alphabetically by agency, or by number. (See <br /> page 1-33.) <br /> Alerts The Alerts tab has no associated menu and displays system generated alerts or <br /> other information associated with the incident address.
