Provides medical nutrition therapy counseling to patients referred by providers. Conducts evaluations and audits on clinic staff <br />manual. Communicates with other management and leadership staff and community agencies and members to support the needs of the patient and the pro <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <br />Educafion. Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition or Dietetics. <br />Current/valid License: Com letion of an AD <br />A a roved dietetic intern ' <br />P shi with <br />ADA re istration. <br />PP p <br />9 <br />Experience: One year of public health or similar experience. <br />PATIENT POPULATION SERVED <br />Ethnically and racially diverse population of pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum women, infants and young children and all family members involved. <br />PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORKING CONDITIONS <br />Requires frequent sitting for long periods, operation of standard office machines and computer. May require lifting of up to 25 pounds. Requires hand-eye <br />coordination and manual dexterity. Requires use of office equipment, such as computer terminals, telephones or copiers.
