The Director me°.ts with supervisors of interfacing agencies to ensure smooth <br />exchange of needed information and accessibility of resources. The Director plans staring and <br />progaratn development, making adjustments as needed, to :-it the needs of the communiry. The <br />Director meets with judges, clerks, and lawyers related. to Pre -Trial Release Services. <br />Presentations to the local defense bar, the Offices of the Public Defender, and the District <br />Attorney's Office are responsibilities of the Director. 1.Ieeting with the Sheriffs Departments in <br />relation to Pre -Trial Release Service and assistance to jail staF with innate concerns ere <br />functions of the Director. ' Unobtrusive provision of services with interviewing taking place in <br />the jail is another concern the Director addresszs: <br />
