A motion was made by Commissioner Gordan, seconded by Commissioner Brawn to set the terms <br />for the following individuals on the Northern Transition Area Advisory Committee: Jay Bryan for a term <br />ending February 1, 2003; Kathy Kaufman for a term ending February 1, 2001; and Jean Andrews <br />Earnhardt for a term ending February 1, 2002. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Soccer Symposium Task Force <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to appoint <br />Marianne Nicholson, Rick Kennedy, Victoria Brawley, John Hunter, James Q. Ward, Kenneth Hardy, <br />Newton Holden, David Klein, Bruce Murray, and Peter Matischak for the Soccer Symposium Task Force <br />for terms ending February 1, 2003. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />The Board decided to postpone appointments to the Chapel Hill-Orange County Visitor's Bureau <br />and the Water Resources Committee until the next meeting. <br />12.
