Install ' /z inch <br />sheetrock. Tape and finish the sheetrock smooth. <br />2. Tape and finish the sheetrock on the walls properly. <br />3. Install three, double insulated, vinyl replacement windows and trim. <br />Windows to have one openable sash, locks and screens. <br />M <br />4. Prepare all surfaces for paint. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex <br />paint. Paint the walls with flat latex paint. Paint to cover completely. Install <br />one coat of satin gloss polyurethane on the varnished woodwork. <br />Right/Front Bedroom: <br />1. Remove the existing ceiling, crown mold and corner trim. Install '/2 inch <br />sheetrock. Tape adnd finish the sheetrock smooth. <br />2. Tape and finish the sheetrock on the walls properly. <br />3. Install three, double insulated, vinyl replacement windows and trim. <br />Windows to have one openable sash, locks and screens. <br />4. Repair the door trim. <br />5. Install a 2'x49" I.D. closet. Install Y2 inch sheetrock on the framing. Tape <br />and finish the sheetrock smooth. Install matching baseboard, a 2 -6 lauan <br />prehung door unit, closet lockset, 1x12 shelf, closet rod and bracket. <br />6. Prepare all surfaces for paint. Paint the ceiling with ceiling white latex <br />paint. Paint the walls with flat latex paint. Paint to cover completely. install <br />one coat of satin gloss polyurethane on the varnished trim and door. Stain <br />the closet door and trim to match the existing trim. Install two coats of <br />satin gloss polyurethane. <br />
