Remove the shingles on the bay window. Install 151b. felt and matching <br />shingles. Flash the window properly. <br />3. Paint the foundation, chimney, the rear siding and all exposed previously <br />painted wood. Paint the exterior trim and front and rear doors with at least <br />two coats of semigloss exterior latex paint. Paint the wood siding and <br />foundation with at least two coats of flat latex, exterior latex paint. Paint <br />the rear porch decking with at least two coats of latex porch and deck <br />enamel. Paint the front posts with at least two coats of semigloss latex <br />paint paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />4. Install plastic splash blocks for each downspout. <br />5. Caulk all open aluminum seams on the window trim. <br />6. Install four vinyl replacement windows with double insulated glass, one <br />openable sash, lopks and screens in the attic. <br />i <br />7. Remove the band on the rear deck. Install a 2x8 PT band correctly using <br />5/8 inch, galvanized carriage bolts. <br />8. Repair the left crawl space access door to close properly. <br />Roof: <br />1. Install a shingle type ridge vent ventilation system. <br />2. Remove the shingles on the short section of the roof over the rear <br />entrance door to the dining room. Install 151b. felt, aluminum drip edge and <br />matching three tab fiberglass shingles. <br />3. <br />Install approx. 32 sq. ft. of sheathing on the dining room rear entrance <br />roof. <br />4. Install a 2x4 barge rafter and 1x6 fascia. <br />4 <br />
