Movement of mechanized equipment shall be kept <br />j the minimum necessary on the access lanes and lateral routes to plant pit locations. <br />Aulching: At the end of plant installation per specs, entire area of planting buffer <br />-icluding access lanes and staging areas shall be mulched per spec.
