The TASC program was, in the <br />past projecting clients to be served based on all offenders served through <br />the TASC program, notwsoley intermediate sanctioned offenders. <br />Reduce alcoholism and other drug dependencies <br />,among offenders. <br />Reduce recidivism by increasing prosocial factors <br />A_ <br />11mplement Aftercare Support. <br />;,To e success with intermediate punishment <br />;probation by reducing the number of probation <br />revocations. <br />!Make these services available to intermediate <br />rovide Regular Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment, <br />rtensive Outpatient Treatment, Individual and Group <br />reatment, referrals for 12 step support, along with follow <br />p relapse counseling to 100% of clients. Assess for <br />etoxification, hospitalization, or residential treatment; <br />icilitate access to appropriate service. <br />Counsel and direct offenders, through case management, to <br />seek and/or maintain employment or education/training. <br />Assist in development of family stability through family <br />support counseling and/or education. <br />Assist in development of post treatment relapse prevention <br />through education, individual and group counseling. <br />Provide ongoing relapse prevention group. <br />Ongoing case management cooperation with probation <br />department for compliance monitoring, problem <br />identification, and service plan development and review. <br />.. <br />Receive referral from probation within one week of <br />
