The statute further states <br />that the governing body shall promptly initiate any action necessary to bring jail facilities into <br />conformity to standards. The report for January 8, 2003 is enclosed for review and indicates <br />Orange County's compliance with standards. <br />The attached letter details the Sheriff's response to the findings of the report. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with accepting the report. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board of Commissioners <br />receive the report. Corrective action is being taken as required. <br />
