She has <br />requested, and is eligible, to be reappointed to serve a second term on the Recreation and <br />Parks Advisory Council <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: __ None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Lorraine Parker to a second term on the <br />Recreation and Parks Advisory Council with a term expiration of March 31, 2006. <br />
