Hogan, Jr., who sits in one of the two ETJ <br />(Extraterritorial Jurisdiction) seats on the Carrboro Planning Board, expired February 28, 2003. <br />He is eligible for reappointment. The Town of Carrboro is requesting that he be appointed to a <br />second term. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): Consider appointing Robert C. Hogan, Jr. for a second term as an <br />ETJ representative, with a term expiration date of February 28, 2006, on the Carrboro Planning <br />Board. <br />
