14 <br />3: Briefly demonstrate your organization's willingness and ability <br />to participate in a program tracking system, and specifically <br />dedicate staff time in the proposal. <br />The Project Coordinator will dedicate a portion of their time to the project tracking system and all the partners will provide whatever <br />information is necessary to track the progress of the project <br />Both the schools and the Health Department are fully computer networked and have access to e-mail and the web for any type of <br />on-line tracking that may be required <br />4. Identify how the organization will sustain its efforts after the <br />grant period.
