Could reduce the land use and price pressures in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro district and <br />thereby m;nim;tee the increase in the cost of housing. <br />8. Finally and most importantly, merger could improve the opportunity for a quality <br />education for all children in Orange County on an equal basis. <br />
