Funds are <br />distributed for arts programming that reflects the racial and cultural diversity of the County. <br />Each grant recipient must match the grant amount with local dollars in order to receive funding. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Orange County included money for this purpose in the current fiscal year <br />budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board acknowledge the local <br />recipients of the awards during the meeting with the presentation of checks by the Board Chair <br />Margaret Brown. <br />
