All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing, email or via fax by May 1.Oth. <br />All responses will- be sent in writing via fax or email to. all potential proposers. <br />C. Number of Proposals <br />Firms_should submit ~n original and three (3) copies of their proposal (printed duplex on recycled paper), . <br />with the origina'f copy (clearly marked "Original") signed by an officer who is authorized to bind the <br />Proposer contractually_ Proposal shall- be double-sided and printed on recycled content paper. Also, the <br />name and title , of the individual_ who, signed the proposal should tie typed ~ immediately below the <br />signature. <br />D. The envelope shall be clearly marked. on the <br />outside as follows: "Sealed Proposal for Food and Organic Waste RFP #367-5175°. <br />The County reserves the right to reject consideration of proposals received after the above specified time <br />and date. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. • <br />E. Proposal Evaluations and Selection <br />Proposals will be evaluated and selected according to the Selection Process {see Section IV, Subsection <br />J). The selected firm and the County will negotiate a contract. It is intended that the function of the <br />contract negotiations is to reach agreement on a contract based on the scope of services contained in <br />this RFP and on the information contained in the proposal submitted by selected Proposer. It is <br />anticipated that agreement on Contract terms will be reached by June 2, 2011, so that services may be <br />provided in early July, 2011.
