32 <br />Conclusion <br />Hillsborough Road is maintained by the NCDOT, so the applicant will need to apply for an NCDOT Driveway <br />Permit. In general, NCDOT does-.not require left= or right-turn lames for site driveways on roadways with ADT <br />volumes less than 4,000 vehicles per day, and the projected AI3T volume on Hillsborough Road is expected to <br />be under this threshold.
