Gas: Public Service of North Carolina {PSIVC) reports to us thet <br />there is a 4" steel gas line under Hillsborough ~Road,~ with a working <br />pressure of about 60psf. <br />The exact location- of the tine is unclear; but we believe the gas fine <br />appears to be under the asphalt pavement of Hillsborough Road. <br />D. Electricity; Duke Energy (Eric Daber) reports that there is an <br />overhead, three {3) phase electric line on poles on the east side of <br />Hillsborough Road. Mr. Daber reports to us that the existing <br />electrical caps-city is sufficient for any conceivable library- building. <br />E. Telecommunications: AT&T has major overhead and underground <br />facilities along the east side of Hillsborough Road, same of which <br />terminate. in the AT&T cabinets at 2D8 Hillsborough- Road. We <br />understand these existing AT&T facilities include "copper" and <br />"fiber° leuels of service. <br />The overhead lines are on the existing Duke Energy poles on the <br />east side of Hillsborough Road; the underground cables appearto <br />be roughly below the sidewalk on the east side of Hillsborough <br />Road. <br />F.
