Water: Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) has a public <br />six (6) inch ductile iron waterline just west of the western. curb fine <br />of Hillsborough Road, opposite tie subject -site. <br />Orange County declined-to authorize us-ta perform a fire flow report <br />so we do -not know the pressure or_ flow characteristics of this <br />waterline, bit such information-can be obtained from OWASA, <br />following OWASA procedures. <br />B.. Sanitary Sewer: OWASA has an eight (8) inch gravity sewer main <br />located just west of the western cu, b line of Hillsborough Road, <br />opposite the subject site. <br />Our scope of work did not include surveying, but 4WASA reports <br />that this sewer line is approximately, slightly over six feet below the <br />top of curb elevation. <br />There are also existing OWASA gravity manholes about 400 feet <br />southeast and 500 feet due east of this property.
